Order Placement and Shipping Policy
To place an order with Annaya Creations, simply select the desired item online and add it to your cart. Once we receive your order, our customer executive will contact you to confirm the availability of the item and provide a proforma invoice. Please note that your order will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of your advance payment. Failure to make the payment will result in the order being treated as unconfirmed. Once payment is received, we will initiate the order processing.
The processing time for your order typically takes 5-7 days, during which any necessary customizations will be made. However, please be aware that the processing time may vary depending on factors such as stock availability, customization requirements, seasonal rush, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We recommend discussing the estimated processing time with our customer executive before placing your order.
Return Policy:
At Annaya Creations, we strive to provide an excellent online shopping experience. If you encounter any issues, we are here to assist you. However, please note that we do not offer cancellations or returns on personalized printed products as they are customized to your specifications. We would like to inform you that the color of uploaded or attached pictures/designs may vary slightly during the heat transfer process. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the exact color of engraving or printing on any product as the finished product may appear different.
Shipping:
We ship your materials using three methods: Air, Train, or Road Lorry service. The normal transit time for road lorry service is 5-10 working days, depending on the destination, distance, and geographical factors.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, since we deal with customized products, cancellation or refund is not possible once an order is placed. If circumstances arise that prevent us from processing your order, we will notify you promptly.
Please note that certain state laws may not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, you may have additional rights that override the disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations mentioned above.
Damages During Shipping:
We take great care in packing your ordered goods with high-quality materials before handing them over to the shipping company or transporter. However, once we hand over the goods, our guarantee ceases, and we cannot be held responsible for any damages, theft, opened or damaged boxes, or defects caused by mishandling or carelessness by the shipping company. In the event of any complaints regarding shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to claim compensation.
Disputes:
Any disputes related to your visit to annayacreations.in or purchases made through annayacreations.in will be settled in the jurisdiction of Delhi courts, except for cases involving the violation or threat of violation of Annaya Creations’ intellectual property rights. In such cases, Annaya Creations may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief from any state or court in India, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Arbitration:
Any arbitration conducted in accordance with this Agreement will be binding, and the arbitrator’s award may be entered as a judgment in any court with competent jurisdiction. This Agreement does not permit the arbitration of disputes involving parties other than those subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
